   એઆઈ ટૂલના કારણે Blockમાં 4,000 કર્મચારીઓની છટણી ન્યૂયોર્ક:  વિશ્વભરની મોટી ટેક કંપનીઓ હવે ઝડપી ગતિએ આર્ટિફિશિયલ ઈન્ટેલિજન્સ ( AI ) ટૂલ્સ અપનાવી રહી છે. તેના કારણે ઘણા ક્ષેત્રોમાં માનવીય સ્ટાફની જરૂરિયાત ઘટી રહી છે. છેલ્લા એક વર્ષમાં  Amazon, Meta અને Microsoft  જેવી કંપનીઓએ પણ મોટા પ્રમાણમાં કર્મચારીઓ ઘટાડ્યા છે. હવે આ યાદીમાં વધુ એક મોટું નામ જોડાયું છે –  Block . ઓનલાઈન ફાઈનાન્શિયલ સર્વિસીસ આપતી Block કંપનીમાં પહેલાં લગભગ 10,000 કર્મચારીઓ કાર્યરત હતા. પરંતુ કંપનીએ પોતાનું અત્યાધુનિક અને અસરકારક AI ટૂલ વિકસાવ્યા બાદ હવે કર્મચારીઓની સંખ્યા ઘટાડીને 6,000 સુધી લાવી દીધી છે. એટલે કે, લગભગ 4,000 કર્મચારીઓની છટણી કરવામાં આવી છે. સીઈઓ જેક ડોર્સી શું કહે છે?
